Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of Asia and certain remote regions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with estimated delivery of 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with estimated delivery of 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Import Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the original packaging
• With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks and stirrups (including all products from the “Socks – Stirrups” menu category) unless they are faulty or defective upon arrival.

Refunds
